Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting — but reaching out is often the most important part of the journey.
Please note, sometimes I am fully booked and offer a waiting list for clients. When you contact me, If I am unable to accommodate you for sessions, I will let you know as soon as possible.
Once I’ve received your message, I will respond within 24-48 hours, Monday to Thursday. Outside of these days, I will respond on the following Monday after your contact us form has been submitted.
