When I first contacted Jenny about my suffering in grief I said I felt I’d ‘lost my happy’ and I am glad to say that through my sessions with Jenny I have found my happy again.

She has given me a great understanding of the emotions that come with grief, she normalised my emotional state. I could never find the right words or enough words to say how grateful I am.

I warmed to Jenny immediately, she made me feel comfortable and I felt I could open up to her. She listened well and explained things to me clearly.
