Relationship and counselling

Relationship issues vary

There are all kinds of relationship problems whether involving a spouse, an ex-lover, a friend or a lack of anybody close to you. So, the situation itself may vary.

Psychotherapy helps you to unpack how you feel about all manner of different issues.

Separation and divorce

Experiencing a separation or a marriage breakdown can be devastating. It can leave us with a range of difficult feelings. These may include sadness, anger, disappointment and uncertainty. Therapy provides a confidential space to discuss your loss.

Relationship conflict

Couples can feel overwhelmed by the challenges they face. Furthermore, conflict and arguments can cause alienation and isolation which is difficult to deal with.

Clients who attend therapy individually can benefit from exploring their feelings related to conflict with an impartial counsellor.
